1️⃣ How long does it take to receive my order?

Each piece is made to order and handcrafted with care. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before shipping. Larger or bulk orders may take slightly longer.

2️⃣ Are all pieces identical?

No. Each piece is individually handcrafted in resin. Slight variations in color, texture, and gold leaf are intentional and part of what makes each piece unique.

3️⃣ Is the mirror wall-mounted only?

Yes. Our signature statement mirror is designed for wall mounting and comes with clear instructions for secure installation.

4️⃣ Do you offer bulk or ministry pricing?

Yes. We provide exclusive bulk pricing for women’s ministries, churches, and leadership retreats. Please visit our Ministry & Bulk page or contact us directly for inquiries.

5️⃣ Can I order multiple products at once?

Absolutely. You can mix and match multiple items in a single order. The order will still follow the 5–7 business day production timeline. 

6️⃣ How do I care for my resin pieces?

  • Wipe with a soft, dry cloth.

  • Avoid abrasive cleaners or chemicals.

  • Keep away from direct, prolonged sunlight to protect color and gold leaf detail.

7️⃣ Can I request personalization?

At launch, our collection is crafted intentionally as designed. Personalized or custom pieces may be offered in the future.

8️⃣ What if my order is damaged in transit?

We take great care in packaging. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or solution promptly.

9️⃣ Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the United States. International shipping may be available in the future — sign up for updates on our site to be notified.
